HOW IT WORKS
40 questions. About 15 minutes. Leaders receive their results first, and nothing is shared automatically.
After reviewing their results, a leader can share through Board View, giving authorized leaders a shared snapshot to begin the conversation. When results are shared within an organization or network, access follows each person's role and the organization's access settings.
